Today, you will take a moment to write down any insights, connections, or questions you may have from our live session.

Day 3: Pearls of Wisdom
Today, you will reflect on the proverbs, sayings, or morales you heard frequently throughout your early life.

Day 4: Connecting Dots Reflection
Today, you have an opportunity to reflect on your Proverbs and identify any connections you may see in your My Perspective responses from our Day 1 synchronous session.

Day 5: One Person
Take some time out of your day to reflect on one person who had a significant or powerful impact on you or redirected you at a pivotal moment in your life.

Day 6: Mapping Your Terrain
Today, you will put together an overview of your current leadership landscape. As we move forward together, what you put together here will be a reference point for the next few weeks together.

Day 7: Rest and Reflect
Day 7 is your day to pause and reflect on the connections you have been making. There is no specific activity for today.
If you wish, you are invited to share with one person what you have discovered and what your current landscape looks like.

Stabilizing Team Dynamics for Trust and Growth

Day 8: Synchronous Session - Trust
During our second week, we will focus on building trust in teams. Our session will focus on trust, what it is, the four trust domains, and reflecting on trust within your team.

Day 9: Team Trust Individual Assessment
Today, you will take a short survey that allows you to assess trust in your team from your perspective.

Day 10: Team Trust Reflection
Today’s reflection will have you review the Personal Trust Relationship Map you created during Day 8’s Synchronous Session and the Assessment results from Day 9.

Day 11: The Paradox Wheel
There is a short reading and a video explanation of The Paradox Wheel.
You will then plot your own Paradox Wheel where you are being pushed and pulled within your current position. -
Day 12: Connecting Dots
Today is another opportunity to connect the dots from the various assessments and worksheets you have completed this week.
You will also review how trust and the Paradox Wheel fit into the leadership terrain you mapped last week.

Day 13: Trust, Vulnerability, and Authenticity
Vulnerability and authenticity are often cited as leadership strengths. They are necessary components of fostering trust within a team and with colleagues.
Today’s lesson will focus on what vulnerability and authenticity can look like for you as a leader in your position.

Day 14: Rest and Reflect
Day 14 is your day to pause and reflect on the connections you have been making. There is no specific activity for today.
If you wish, you are invited to share with one person what you have discovered about trust and areas in which you have noticed opportunities.

Balancing Authority and Empowering Collaboration

Day 15: Synchronous Session - Paradox Wheel & Power
We will explore power types and how power can be used. Overlaying this knowledge, we will guide you through reviewing your Paradox Wheel to examine the use of power in areas you are overdoing or underdoing.

Today, you will take a moment to write down any insights, connections, or questions you may have from our live session.

Day 17: Power, Trust, and Belonging
Today explores the interplay between power, trust, and belonging within teams.
There is a short video lesson and an accompanying worksheet for you to complete.

You will create a map of your personal power and its impact on role and status power.

Day 20: Connecting Dots
Today is another opportunity to connect the dots from the various assessments and worksheets you have completed so far this week.

Day 23: Selecting your Team Cards
You will have an opportunity to review the Team Cards and select the two representations of your team. Your team today and your vision for your team tomorrow. You will be asked to submit your selection in preparation for our Day 28 closing session.

Day 24: Team Cards Reflection
Thinking about the card the team cards you selected on Day 23, take a moment to go back and review any assessments, notes, and reflections you have done during Days 1-21. As you revisit these, note anything that stands out to you. These items will be used as a cairn along your path.
*Cairns are rock formations that are used as trail markers.

Day 25: Reflection continuation
You will have an additional day to continue reflecting from yesterday. The information from Day 24 and Day 25 will be used to map out your journey.

Day 26: Mapping Your Path
You will map your journey within your current terrain using the markers identified in Days 24 and 25.

Day 27: One Person Activity Revisited
Now that you have mapped your journey, you will revisit your One Person Activity from Day 7.
Thinking of the people in your life. Which of these would consider you their “One Person”? Identify a few steps you can take and incorporate these into your journey map.

Day 28: Synchronous Session - Sharing Journey Maps & Celebrating Completion
Our final session will end with you and others sharing your journey maps. This is a time to celebrate your accomplishment of completing this 28-day expedition on your leadership journey.
